By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that participation in sauna sessions at Natapoc Ridge involves inherent risks, including but not limited to heat-related illness, dehydration, and cardiovascular stress.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Natapoc Ridge, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation.
I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in a sauna session. I understand that I should consult a physician before participating if I have any concerns about my health.
I agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by Natapoc Ridge staff and to exit the sauna immediately if I feel unwell.
This waiver is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns.
